First batch of Family Strengthening Food Security Caregivers in Bo receives Livestock on Loan



The SOS Family Strengthen Food Security on Wednesday,15th October 2014 gave 16 caregivers, 23 Livestock which includes sheep and goats on loan at the Community Stable on Mattru on the Rail in Bo. 
The Family Strengthening operational communities which benefited were New London, Njaiboima, Nikibu, Mattru on the Rail and Kandeh Town.

Speaking to the beneficiaries, the National Director, Mr. Olatungie Woode said the dreams of the caregivers have come true which would provide a source of livelihood for their families. “Despite the Ebola outbreak in the country SOS still consider you very important. Although we have put on hold many of our major activities we cannot afford to withdraw our service support,” Mr. Woode maintains.
